Getting Started with Badge Categories
When you create or edit a Badge, you can optionally add it to one or more existing Badge Categories. Badge Categories allow you to collect Badges together, typically for the purpose of displaying them on your website or app. For example, you can use the Loyalty APIs to request only the Badges within a certain Category or Categories.
You can also search for Badges on the Badges screen based on their inclusion in a Category.
Access
The Badge Categories screen is used to view, create, and manage the Badge Categories in your loyalty program. To access the Badge Categories screen, select Rewards from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Badge Categories from the side navigation menu.
